Deception XXIII: Child "Protective" Services (CPS)

[Note to parents: my child was not permitted to read this email until I copied it into Word minus the excerpts of the United Nations wiles for turning children into whoremongers (below under the title heading, "THE UN ATTEMPTS TO DEBASE AND ENSLAVE CHILDREN TO..."). She had already seen the video of Nancy Schaefer, but after writing this article I would not let her read it as it was. I do not want to implant the UN's toilet bowl ideas in her head. Instead I gave her a general overview. There are some things that it is a shame to speak about and she knows that there are things that I will never teach her, but yet she is aware. I only report this information because people must be made aware of what these groups are doing and what they have planned for the world's children. It is grievous to know about, but children are having to live through being victimized by these wicked people.]

**BACKGROUND: AMERICA HAS BEEN TARGETED FOR DESTRUCTION SINCE 1815**

The devil is come down to us having great wrath because he knoweth that his time is short. Please stay with me for a few paragraphs while I give a little background on our current horrific situation in America. Everything is wrong here (although many are not aware of this, especially professed Christians)--our economy, our food, our government, our supreme court, our families, our mental state (we are not the same people as the ancients), and more...everything. How did this happen to what was once such a robust, inventive, freedom-loving people?

The United States of America has been targeted for destruction since the Congress of Vienna held from 1814-1815 after the Napoloeonic wars (I plan to address that subject soon, if God wills.). At that Congress there was a pact made between a few European nations and Pope "Pius" VII, the KING of the Papal States (the pope is not just a religious figure, he is also basically the head of a country. I guess the Holy See (seat) is it. As I understand it, the Vatican bank has one account holder, the pope. The curia is like his administration. Vatican City is a miniscule city within a city. The Holy See signs concordats, treaties, etc., like the Montreal Protocol by which asthma inhaler Primatene Mist recently became unavailable--a outside treaty infringing on a product that we have long purchased in America.).

They entered into what was called the "Holy Alliance."

The goal of the "Holy" Alliance was to prevent or destroy popular governments wherever they were found--all of this, "rights of the people" had to go. The pope called the ubiquitous, ruthless Jesuits of Rome back into service--they would get the job done. A cursory look at history shows the popes to be despots--dictators that rule with an iron fist. For centuries, they have claimed to be the rulers over the whole world. They say that they rule over all men's souls and all men's goods. When they hold up two fingers in the air, that stands for their (1) temporal power and (2) spiritual power. When the pope kisses the ground upon arrival in a country, he is not being humble--he is saying that it is his. There is absolutely no room for liberty and the will of the people with the pope around. At some point, I'd like to upload comments from the popes and papists damning freedom and anathemizing/cursing freedom lovers. Freedom had to go. The Jesuits, from their inception under Ignatius de Loyola, have always been dedicated to absolutism--(1) the suppression of freedom and (2) the installation of the papacy for ruling the world. In 1815, it was determined that they would use their wiles to conquer the world for the papacy...Having received their orders, the Jesuits went to work.

**WHERE DID COMMUNISM COME FROM?**

Don't think for one second that Marxism, Communism, Socialism, Leninism, Fascism, ad nauseum are real political systems. They were set up to (1) make despotism to look like a legitimate political system and (2) to make traditional business (derisively called "capitalism") look like theft [when in actuality, "redistribution of the wealth" is what is theft--taking somebody's goods and giving them to somebody else]. The Holy Alliance was formed in 1815. The Communist Manifesto was published in 1848. Just look at the dates--this does not look like a coincidence. Look at what Marx (and Engels) said in the preamble of the Communist Manifesto (emphasis mine)--

A spectre is haunting Europe--the spectre of communism. All the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Pope and Tsar, Metternich and Guizot, French Radicals and German police-spies...

Marx says that the powers of Europe entered into a "holy alliance" to exorcise the spectre of communism. In actuality the despotism of communism suited the purposes and goals of the Holy Alliance very well--and I believe that Marx knew that right well. How did he, and his obscure beliefs, get catapaulted into the limelight? There was something to be forwarded that the powers wanted forwarded--communism. Marx was introducing communism to the world under the guise of helping the little people of the world to unite in revolution against the established government (that "revolution against the established government" sounds like the same old Roman Catholic recusancy--Rome would call on Catholics to overthrow existing rulers that displeased the pope). Anybody who has eyes to see can see through this thin, immaturely-written veil called the Communist Manifesto.

The sinister goals of the Holy Alliance were leaked out to the United States government. Then-president, James Monroe, responded with what is now called, "The Monroe Doctrine." He apparently thought that the foreign threat was a military one, but this overthrow of the United States was to be worked through a fifth column and over generations. If Rome has anything, she has time. She is a system and will forward her goals step by step until the job gets done.

**LOOK AT ALL THE DICTATORS**

With the rise of Communism, look at all the dictators and despots of the twentieth century and beyond. I mean people like Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Franco, Edi Amin, Pol Pot, Mau, and other dictator-kings who somehow get the thugs, money, and guns to overthrow established governments and then go on to plunder and kill their own citizens once they take over...this was previously unheard of--a series of kings killing their citizens and taking all their wealth. The twentieth century had many madmen kings lumped up together, destroying their own countries. King James VI & I said that a king's wealth and prosperity rests in the wealth, health, and prosperity of his citizens...but under communism/marxism/socialism or whatever you want to call it, the citizens are the little people, the worker-serfs, the slaves, but on paper and in fair speeches, the little people are empowered. Communism has worked no where. Ask the citizens who unjustly spent time in vicious Russian gulag labor camps for privately criticizing the government or supposedly committing a crime way back when they were ten years old.

**THE TERM "POLITICAL SCIENCE" IS MEANINGLESS**

"Political Science" is a meaningless misnomer coined in order to present despotism as a valid political system. In the dark ages, the pope could depose kings, call for Catholic recusancy, etc. but with the Protestant Reformation and the powerful writings of King James VI & I (especially his Premonition to the monarchs of Europe) Rome--her heresies and usurping tendencies--was completely undressed in front of the world. Kings started asserting their rights to rule their own kingdoms. This grievous situation had to be countered by the great whore and that meeting at the Congress of Vienna was conducted in order to address the problem, the waning influence of the papacy. The conclusion was to destroy popular government--but how would they do it? America was looked upon as the land of the free. It made people in other nations want to be free. They started seeking freedom. America had to go. But how could they take down America? Through a change of ideology in Americans. The destruction of our government could have never come by gunfire. Abraham Lincoln (before he became President of the United States) put it like this in his speech, "The Perpetuation of Our Political Institutions" (emphases mine)--

...we, the American People...find ourselves in the peaceful possession, of the fairest portion of the earth, as regards extent of territory, fertility of soil, and salubrity of climate. ...At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it? Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never! All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a Trial of a thousand years.

At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, IT MUST SPRING UP AMONGST US. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide...

Mr. Lincoln then goes on in this speech to tell us TO CAREFULLY LIVE BY THE LAWS OF THE LAND AND TO TEACH THEM TO OUR CHILDREN--WHICH WE DID *NOT* DO (WE WERE NOT JEALOUS FOR OUR FANTASTIC CONSTITUTION) AND AS A RESULT, OUR LIBERTIES WERE ERODED BIT BY BIT by the unceasing work of the whore and her pestilent Jesuits. A whole genre of literature has been written about this wolf pack, the Jesuits. An excellent primer on this conspiracy is Samuel Breese Morse's "Foreign Conspiracy Against the United States" written in 1835. In it, Mr. Morse (inventor of Morse code) talks about the role of immigration in flooding our land with Catholics (King James mentioned this Catholic practice in one of his speeches when taking the English throne. He warned that he would be watching Rome in the event she thought to overwhelm his kingdom by numbers).

The Jesuits zealously got to work and in a matter of a few generations, Rome has thoroughly cleaned our clock. America and her liberties are now going away at a breakneck pace. Those that have eyes to see can discern it and can see the tightening of the screws. It is indeed grievous.

Everywhere you turn in America, everything is out of order. Our laws are violated by our treasonous government, our food is corrupted, our water has poisons in it, we are overrun by immigrants who protest in our streets, Muslim mosques are being set up across the land while Christians are killed in Muslim lands, Muslim terrorists buy our land and have training camps on our soil, the visible church is fallen away, dumb dog preachers are not sounding the alarm about Rome, etc.

  • When the Catholic institution presented itself as Christian, the false church accepted it as such notwithstanding the warnings of people like Samuel Breese Morse and William Hogan.
  • When Americans were offered entertainments like sports, radio, television, books and newspapers, we took the bait and enjoyed amusing ourselves.
  • When we were offered an "easier" way to make a living, we sold the self-sustaining homestead and moved into the city and became dependent on others to grow our food--and looked for good paying jobs so that we could make money to buy it. We lost all of our skills and abilities and our self-sufficiency. We could once make our own bullets and nails. Even children could do it.
  • We listened to the pronouncements of the scientists and decided that they knew more than us, the Bible, and our forefathers combined. "New" was in. The "experts" had all the answers.
  • We sent our children to school to let "progressive" educators teach them--they stole our children's minds and alienated them from our beliefs and traditions.
  • We gorged ourselves on the bread and circuses that were offered to us--we had the "roaring twenties," food, drink, merriment, fancy clothing, and the laughter stemming from foolish talking and jesting.
  • Meanwhile, while we were surfeiting and overcharging our hearts with foolishness, our treasonous, bribe-loving politicians sold us out. We were destroyed from within via a fifth column set up to destroy us. We were conquered from within.

**OUR CHILDREN**

Every aspect of life in America has been attacked--and at the center of the attack is our children. They have been ruthlessly attacked from every quarter. It was just in 2010 that I realized that I was what I called, "Jesuit trained". It is like I did not have a chance in life to be myself. I was given a predetermined set of options and I had to be one of those. During all those growing up years it felt like I was free because I could make choices, but I was not free. The masters had the plans for my life very carefully laid out. They told me what I could choose. I would undoubtedly be one more statistic because I was raised in a closed system. That powerful sorcery worked for a while--until I met Jesus. His word made me free and now I am learning some of the things that I've missed out on in life. Unfortunately, many children are stuck in that nightmare world of playgrounds, tv, amusement parks, "school," college, mortgages, busy-work jobs, false church, fancy clothes, Kraft grocery store food, electronic games, etc.--and it is far, far worse than when I was a child.

I now see that the masses of children have been targeted for destruction. A major key to destroying children is to separate them from their parents and families--the people who love them and look out for their best interests and want them to succeed in life. Ann White Lewin, Founder of The National Learning Center/Capital Children's Museum said this--

We have moved from extended family to nuclear family to single parent to latchkey child, stripping away the nurturing adults who knew how to provide children with activities that connect mind and body.

[Aside: Christian mothers, if you work, please try to come home (ask God to help you get home) and teach your children from God's word. Turn off the tv forever, get an Authorized King James Bible, pray, read it, and obey it. It will tell you to guide the house and work. As you do, keep your little ones at your side working along with you quietly. Do not be separate from your children, keep them close to the breast and nuture them--that is what you were made to do. Teach them what you believe in--the Lord Jesus Christ and his word.]

**FORMER STATE SENATOR NANCY SCHAEFER ON CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES**

This email is going to examine the physical separation of children from their parents via the United States Child "Protective" Services (CPS). It is also going to highlight a brave, sharp woman Senator named Nancy Schaefer who ripped the lid off of this garbage can to expose unthinkable abominations committed under the banner of Child "Protective" Services. She believed she lost her seat in the Senate--and, many believe, her very life--as a result of her work to stop the child trafficking of CPS.

The following link will take you to a 10 minute speech by the late Nancy Schaefer who was fatally shot in the back in March of 2010. This speech is a primer to the issue of the criminality of the Child Protective Services System. She reveals that CPS is a money maker and legalized kidnapping. They are snatching children for federal dollars through the Federal Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997. She said that people even describe what kind of child they want. But this is only the tip of the iceberg. She reveals that the children are suffering terribly and that those children that need help the most often do not get it. She said that she lost her Senate seat over exposing this issue and that when she tried to get the help of other politicians, they did not want to get involved. I firmly believe that she and her husband lost their lives over it. Two fatal, well-placed shots placed in two people was reported as a murder-suicide. I don't believe it for one second. I used to say years ago, "If anybody says they found my dead body and a suicide note, it was murder!"

**THE CORRUPT BUSINESS OF CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES**

**HE WOULD NOT COOPERATE**

I can remember years ago receiving an email about a grandfather whose grandchild was taken from her Christian family and had been gone into foster care for nine months. As I recall, they still had not gotten her back. The grandfather said that if they had it to do over again, they would not have cooperated with Social Services.

**FROM OVERSEAS...HER CHILD WAS TAKEN BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO HOMESCHOOL**

I recently read about a woman in a European country who wanted to homeschool her son. The government had put him in the foster care system for a year. She would visit with him. She eventually got him back. She wanted to homeschool him so she was going back to India to live with her mother so that she could homeschool. The authorities boarded the plane and took her son off the plane and back into custody. They basically ripped him out of his mother's arms. Can you imagine the horror of this? I read about this in the HSLDA magazine (Home School Legal Defense Association)....I just went and got this update--

On June 25, [2010] attorneys with the Home School Legal Defense Association and Alliance Defense Fund filed an application with the European Court of Human Rights asking it to hear the case of a 7-year-old boy seized by Swedish authorities because his parents homeschool.

"We are gravely concerned about this case because of the threat it represents to other homeschooling families," said Mike Donnelly, staff attorney for HSLDA and one of nearly 1,700 attorneys in the ADF alliance. "In response to our inquiries, Swedish authorities have cited the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child to explain and defend their actions. If the U.S. were to ever ratify this treaty, as the White House and some members of Congress desire, then this sort of thing could occur here," he added.

Swedish authorities forcibly removed Domenic Johansson from his parents, Christer and Annie Johansson, in June 2009 from a plane they had boarded to move to Annie's home country of India. The officials did not have a warrant nor have they charged the Johanssons with any crime. The officials seized the child because they believe homeschooling is an inappropriate way to raise a child and insist the government should raise Domenic instead. Social services authorities have placed Domenic in foster care as well as a government school and are only allowing Christer and Annie to visit their son for one hour every five weeks.

"Parents have the right and authority to make decisions regarding their children's education without government interference," said ADF Legal Counsel Roger Kiska, who is based in Europe. "A government trying to create a cookie-cutter child in its own image should not be allowed to violate this basic and fundamental human right. The refusal of Swedish authorities to respect that right has left us no choice but to take this case to the European Court of Human Rights,"...

**THE UN ATTEMPTS TO DEBASE AND ENSLAVE CHILDREN TO MASTURBATION, BEASTIALITY, WHOREMONGERING, SODOMY, AND OTHER ABERRANT BEHAVIORS**

The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child is a document that separates the child from his parents saying that he has his own rights totally distinct from what the parents say. I read somewhere recently that the UN said that children have the right to some sort of "sexual" (I do not like to use this word) pleasure. If you do not want to take my word for it, here is an excerpt from a letter on the UN's website found at http://www.un.org/esa/population/cpd/cpd2010/IGO_NGO/GlobalHAWC.pdf--(this document is very insightful as to how mad the UN is on whoredom. They want the children to be reckless when, if left alone, they would not have made themselves available to each other and the pedophiles of the world. A cadre of children for pedophiles--I read a book that said that was what the Hitler Youth was as well (I believe it was entitled, The Pink Triangle--the book was too dark, could not read much before discarding it).). (emphases ours)--

Mr. Chair, Distinguished Delegates, I would like to draw your attention to some serious matters related to the deliberations occurring at the Commission on Population and Development. To put this in context I need to talk about what happened at last year's CPD deliberations. Last year toward the end of the deliberations a phrase was proposed to the draft CPD resolution calling upon governments to provide "comprehensive education on human sexuality."

We were very concerned as this was a new undefined term and a departure from the traditional "sex education" language used in past UN consensus documents. Our worries were confirmed when just a few months later, UNESCO, in cooperation with UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO, and UNAIDS released a draft copy of their new International Guidelines on Comprehensive Sexuality Education.

These extremely controversial guidelines were created to drive sexuality education worldwide and promote a them [probably "theme"] of sexual pleasure that we have found in a number of UN-published sex education guides. These original UNESCO Guidelines suggest teaching five year olds that they can touch their body parts for sexual pleasure and teaching nine year old the definition and function of orgasm, and encourage sex educators to teach children that "Both men and women can give and receive sexual pleasure with a partner of the. . .same sex."

UNESCO has since revised their original sexuality guidelines, toning them down quite a bit. However, by reading their original version, you can see what five UN agencies were originally planning to promote to children under the guise of "comprehensive education on human sexuality" before a number of UN Member States complained.

In 2002 at the World Summit for Children, we exposed a UN-published manual for children distributed in Mexico that had a page on how to obtain sexual pleasure including with a person of the same sex, with an animal, with an inanimate object or with a non-consenting person...

**UNICEF OFFICE PRODUCING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY USING THE CHILDREN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP**

In 1987, one United Nations UNICEF office was found trafficking in child pornography. From the internet--

...In a statement issued in Geneva, Unicef said it is ''deeply shocked'' by the scandal, which has led to 14 arrests in Belgium and others in Switzerland, France and Britain.

Unicef said it was investigating charges that the Belgian committee was linked to an organization producing pornographic photographs of children and distributing them throughout Europe...

The scandal erupted last week, when the Belgian police arrested Jos Verbeek, 63 years old, the director of Unicef's Belgian committee, and charged him with inciting minors to debauchery.

The arrest followed the discovery of a secret photographic studio in the basement of the Brussels building where the committee's offices are housed. The studio was used to take pornographic photographs of children, many of whom were of North African origin, the police said. #1,000 Photos Seized The police said more than 1,000 such photographs were seized, along with a mailing list of some 400 names in 15 European countries that had been prepared on the Unicef office computer.

Similar photographs found in several other European countries appear to have been taken in the Unicef office in Brussels, according to investigators.

Among those arrested was another Unicef employee, Michel Felu, 45, who the police say organized evening computer classes for children in the organization's offices. These children were then sometimes made to pose for pornographic photographs, the police said.

**CONCLUSION**

We are in the last days. I did not know that I would personally live to see it, but we are here. Evil men and seducers are waxing worse and worse and I mean they are out in the open. We need to find ourselves in the word and watching unto prayer. When we hear about these abominations, we need to go tell God about what we see and ask him to help the poor, unfortunate children and brainwashed masses that have not heard the truth. I ask him to send labourers into his harvest, save people, and stablish them in the faith of Jesus Christ. We need to find our place at the morning oblation early in the morning and we need to pray throughout the day.

Now is not the time to be sleepy. To me, fasting and going without all the treats in life is about self-preservation. I need my mind and spirit clear in these times. These madmen are just like their father, the devil--they are out for to steal and to kill and to destroy our children (and all mankind). We need to pray for all children, not just our own, let the children come to mind--children from every nation. They need for us to pray. If we were in their situation, we would want and need somebody to pray for us and to rescue us from our affliction and houses of cruelty. God hears the sighing and the groaning of the prisoner. We need to let ourselves feel this and pray.

  • In Bangladesh, the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) estimated in 2004 that there were 10,000 underage girls used in commercial sexual exploitation in the country, but other estimates placed the figure as high as 29,000.
  • There are estimated to be at least 70,000 prostitutes in Vietnam, and 20,000 of these are children.
  • In Afghanistan, Bacha Bazi is a form of child prostitution employed by Afghan warlords where small boys are regularly bought and sold into sexual slavery.
South America
  • By 1999, it was reported that in Argentina child prostitution was increasing at an alarming rate and that the average age was decreasing. The CATW fact book says Argentina is one of the favored destinations of pedophile sex tourists from Europe and the United States. The Criminal Code criminalizes the prostitution of minors of eighteen years of age or younger, but it only sanctions those who "promote or facilitate" prostitution, and not the client who exploits the minor.
  • It is estimated that Peru has about 500,000 child prostitutes.
  • In Colombia, it is estimated that there are 35,000 child prostitutes, with between 5,000 and 10,000 of them on the streets of Bogotá.
  • In Chile the estimated number of children involved in some form of prostitution has decreased. In 1999 UNICEF informed that there were approximately 10,000 children between the ages of 6 and 18 involved in prostitution, but in 2003, a governmental agency estimated that there were approximately 3,700 minors.
  • In Ecuador, a 2002 International Labor Organization report estimated that 5,200 minors were engaged in prostitution.
  • In Bolivia, the average age of entry into prostitution is 16.
  • Brazil is considered to have the worst child sex trafficking record after Thailand. According to the Protection Project report, various official sources agree that from 250,000 to 500,000 children live as child prostitutes, but other sources in Brazil put the number at up to 2,000,000 children.

North America

  • In 2001, Dr. Richard Estes and Dr. Neil Alan Weiner estimated that in the U.S., 162,000 U.S. homeless youth are child prostitutes (CVE) and that 57,800 children in homes (including public housing) are estimated to be victims of CVE. They also estimated that 30% of shelter youth and 70% of homeless youth are victims of CVE in the United States. One third of street-level prostitutes in the U.S. are under 18 years old while fifty percent of off-street prostitutes are less than 18 years old. Off-street prostitution includes massage parlors, strip clubs, and escort services. According to Estes and Weiner, 12 to 14 is the average age of entry into prostitution for girls under 17 years old in the United States while the average age of entry into prostitution is between 11 and 13. [I don't know what the acronym "CVE" stands for--but this is what I found on the internet-- It was the limitations of the term child prostitution that led to the development in the mid-1990s of the term "commercial sexual exploitation of children", or CVE,as a more encompassing description of specific forms of sexual trade involving children. ]
  • A study by Unicef Mexico and the DIF/National System for Integral Family Development estimated that more than 16,000 children in Mexico were involved in prostitution (in June 2000); a 2004 study by researcher Elena Azaola estimated that some 17,000 children under the age of 18 are victims of the sex trade in Mexico; the State System of Integral Family Development (DIF) reported that more than 20,000 minors were victims of child prostitution in Mexico in 2005, an increase since the year 2000. Out of Mexico City's 13,000 street children, 95% have already had at least one sexual encounter with an adult (many of them through prostitution).
  • In El Salvador, an NGO study in 1998 indicated that at least 44% of the estimated 1,300 prostitutes in three major red light districts of San Salvador were between the ages of 13 and 18. Among all prostitutes of the country, between 10 and 25 percent of visible prostitutes are minors, and an estimated 40 percent of the hidden prostitutes who cater to upper-class clients are believed to be minors, according to a UNICEF study released in 2000.
  • In Nicaragua, according to Casa Alianza, in the brothels of Managua there are between 1,200 and 1,500 prostituted girls and young women, and almost half of them are under the age of 18. Every night, hundreds of teenage girls line the Masaya Highway commercial corridor on the capital's south side. Street children engage in prostitution, often to support a drug habit.

Europe

  • In Ukraine, research has shown that between 30 and 40 percent of prostitutes are between 11 and 18 years.
  • A 2006 report by World Vision Middle East/Eastern Europe funded by the Canadian government and supported by six United Nations agencies and the International Organization for Migration reported that the sexual exploitation of children, child trafficking and sexual violence towards minors is increasing and that Russia is becoming a new destination for child sex tourism. The report adds that some studies claim approximately 20 to 25 percent of Moscow's sex workers are minors. [editor's note: Russia is considered Asia]

Oceania

  • In Australia, there are an estimated 4000 children involved in prostitution, according to a study by Child Wise, the Australian arm of the global End Child Prostitution Pornography And Trafficking group.
  • ECPAT New Zealand and Stop Demand Foundation have cited in a report, "The Nature and Extent of the Sex Industry in New Zealand," a police survey of the New Zealand sex industry, which showed that 210 children under the age of 18 years were identified as selling sex, with three-quarters being concentrated in one Police District.

We need to pray for the children of the world and protect our own children. If you call yourself a Christian and watch that propaganda called television and allow your children to do so, you are part of the problem and at one with a false church. Those that know God of a truth need to pray. And when you pray, please pray for me, too.
