The blasphemy, the obfuscation, the confusion, and all evil is increasing in this world. These are, without controversy, the end times. The gates of hell are raging like never before. The devil knoweth that he hath but a short time and he is come down to us having great wrath and his agents are working double-time. Now is the time to pray like never before. And remember the poor children who are being denied access to God's word. They don't hear it in school and they don't hear it from their parents and they don't hear it in church, either. Pray that God would hinder evil and would help people's minds to be free enough to hear and understand the truth so that they can at least make a decision. Pray for all men, young and old. Even some old English-speaking people have never heard the truth. One 70 or 72-year old man, after having gotten saved at that advanced age, testified saying, "I had never heard anything like this before [referring to the gospel]." We need to pray for everybody. We all need help in the midst of these perilous times.

The standard editions of the 1611 King James Bible (or Authorised Version) currently available give, with little variation, the text as established by the Oxford edition of 1769. They give the reader, therefore, a seventeenth-century text in mid-eighteenth century clothes -- clothes which are neither original nor modern. In this [****]new[****] edition of the King James Version the text has been collated with the translators' original work in order to give the reader as closely as possible the exact text on which the translators decided. It has also been given consistent modern spelling and presentation in order to make it easier to read and study than standard editions. The text is presented is paragraph form, with marginal notes. The type is 10/12.5 Swift.
In the obfuscation system, death is presented as life. Under the guise of "helping" modern readers "they" say that we have never had the Authorized King James Bible and that now after 400 years they are going to "help" us. No, actually, they imply that a one-man show named David Norton is going to "epically" overturn the AUTHORIZED Version. He can't do it. He can take unclean hands and pervert it , but he can't overturn it.
How is a big fat lumped up paragraph format going to be easier to read than that beautiful, exquisite, distinctive two-column format that we've been reading and supping on for 400 years? And how can that Cambridge abomination be closer to the translators original work if it has updated spelling and an updated format putting the scriptures in one big old lump like what they have done? They are not true to what they say they are doing. I have examined facsimile copies of the 1611 as well as a first edition of the King James Bible and have read them with utter ease, no problem. The webpage that you are now reading has been updated. I noticed the word "to" missing. Should you NOT read this because this is not my original writing? Many of those minor edits of the Authorised Version were made by the King James Bible translators themselves after that first printing--but this is not really about those minor edits.
In The Translators to the Reader found in the King James Bible, THE TRANSLATORS THEMSELVES TOLD US THE BATTLE THAT THEY FACED FROM POPISH PERSONS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (AS WELL AS PURITANICAL PERSONS WHO WOULD, SOME YEARS LATER, KILL KING JAMES' SON, KING CHARLES I). AND THE TRANSLATORS WARNED US NOT TO GIVE UP OUR FOUNTAINS OF LIVING WATER AND NOT TO CAST DIRT IN THEM LIKE THE PHILISTINES (SEE THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF THE TRANSLATORS TO THE READER). THEY KNEW THAT THE BATTLE WOULD CONTINUE AGAINST THE AUTHORIZED KING JAMES BIBLE AFTER ITS PUBLICATION.
YES, THE CANAANITE IS STILL IN THE LAND, BUT WE ARE NOT OF THAT FOLD AND WE ARE NOT GIVING UP OUR AUTHORIZED KING JAMES BIBLE TO ANYBODY. IF IT IS PHYSICALLY TAKEN OUT OF OUR HANDS, IT WILL STILL BE IN OUR HEARTS. HEAVEN AND EARTH SHALL PASS AWAY BUT GOD'S WORD WILL NEVER PASS AWAY.
